Oral Presentation (Live in Salzburg)

Live oral presentations will take place in Salzburg during a specified parallel session. The duration of your presentation will be 15 minutes and you will be allocated five minutes for questions at the end. Please do not exceed the 15 minutes allocated.

Please prepare a PowerPoint Presentation:

  • Format: Landscape 16:9
  • Your presentation must be prepared in PowerPoint version: type .pptx
  • Use standard Windows fonts only. Try to avoid the use of non-standard Windows fonts or language-specific fonts.
  • Images: Make sure that inserted images have a minimum resolution of 300dpi
  • Video: All videos must be embedded in your presentation. To avoid any issue with movies and animations with PowerPoint, presentations MUST be saved as .pptx files.

Optional: You can choose to prepare a handout summarizing your presentation, which can be downloaded by attendees through the virtual platform.

  • This should be no more than three pages long

Include your contact details if you want attendees to contact you to ask you about your work.
